Delivery

All the orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate couriers DHL, FedEx or DPD. Delivery to most countries is 7-12 working days. We offer free shipping and import duties included. After placing the order, one person from our team will contact you regarding the delivery time to confirm the order. All orders from outside Romania are shipped without cash on delivery.


Production can take between 1-5 working days, but if you are in a hurry, you can contact us by phone at +40755961232 to see what solution we can find to have the products ready in time.


We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, but please note that all products are made to order, especially for you and with great attention to details.

Return

Exceptions to returns are made-to-order products, according to the customer's measurements, but we guarantee that we are at your disposal with any information related to the manufacturing process, to ensure that the product meets your requirements.


Products ordered on the website www.benedettoatelier.com, classic sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, can be returned within 14 calendar days, respecting the following conditions:

- product tags or authenticity items must be intact for the returned product to be accepted;
- the product can be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from its receipt. If the 14-day period is exceeded, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to the recipient;
- we reserve the right to refuse any returned product that cannot be resold as new, products that show signs of use (traces, smell, etc.), scratched, damaged products, without labels, without accessories, etc.


How can a product be returned?

Check if the product has the tags or authenticity elements and if the return period is within the limit of 14 calendar days.
Fill in the bellow form with your data and  pack the product in its original box.

How do I get my money back or another product?

The transfer of money is within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt and verification of the parcel, to your account.
In the case of a return for an exchange with a different size, the shipping of the ordered product will be paid by us.
For the online payments, in case of returning the product, the amount paid will be returned to the account where the payment was made.
